Anesthetic Gas Scavenging Systems (AGSS) are active evacuation solutions designed to safely extract exhaled anesthetic gas mixtures and nitrous oxide from operating rooms, preventing severe long-term health risks to surgical personnel.
Integral AGSS Plants are manufactured in strict compliance with EN ISO 7396-2 standards. The system delivers a maximum suction flow rate of 130 l/min at 1 kPa resistance and a minimum of 80 l/min at 4 kPa resistance at terminal outlets.
Anesthetic gas scavenging plants shall comply with EN ISO 7396-2 standard, utilizing duplex Side Channel Blowers, PLC equal-aging control panel, and vacuum regulating valves guaranteeing 130 l/min suction flow.
| Feature | Engineering Detail |
|---|---|
| Pump Technology | High flow rate, low vacuum Side Channel Blowers engineered for medical evacuation. |
| Redundancy & Safety | Duplex configuration with PLC equal-aging logic; standby pump activates automatically during faults. |
| Flow Regulation | Vacuum Regulating Valve maintains constant suction velocity regardless of active terminal counts. |
| Controls & BMS | Remote switches for ON/OFF operation from surgical theaters; ModBus RS-485 interface for BMS monitoring. |
