Medical Gas Outlets

Medical Gas Outlets Production
EN ISO 9170-1:2016 Compliant

Medical Gas Terminal Units (Outlets)

Integral Medical Gas Outlets are engineered to provide safe, quick, and uninterrupted gas flow in all hospital departments. Manufactured strictly according to EN ISO 9170-1:2016 quality standards, our outlets feature a robust brass base block and a nickel-plated brass fascia.

To ensure ultimate patient safety and eliminate the risk of cross-connection, both the base blocks and upper assemblies are gas-specific. The base block only accepts its matching upper assembly, and the upper assembly only accepts its matching gas-specific probe (jack).

Key Structural Features

  • Body Material: Corrosion-resistant, MS58 quality brass (nickel-plated surface finish).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

To eliminate the risk of cross-connection, both the upper and lower assemblies of each outlet are manufactured specifically for a single gas type. The lower assembly only accepts its matching upper assembly, and the upper assembly only accepts the corresponding gas-specific probe/jack.

Our medical gas outlets are manufactured in strict compliance with the EN ISO 9170-1:2016 standard and are available in British Standard (BS 5682) and German Standard (DIN 13260-2) configurations.

No. The base block of our outlets contains an automatic check valve (maintenance valve). When the upper assembly is removed for service or O-ring replacement, the base block automatically seals off gas flow, allowing section maintenance without shutting down the main line.
